Laurie Anne

LaurieAnne Minoff is a Realtor®, with Costa Bella Realty Group in Hollywood, Florida. She is currently a licensed Florida Real Estate agent specializing in residential sales. She holds the following real estate certifications and designations CIPS, ABR, PMN, MRP, RENE, PSA, SFR, GRI, e-Pro® and AHWD. Ms. Minoff relocated to Florida from Long Island, New York with her young family more than two decades ago. After years of being an involved stay-at-home mom of her three LaurieAnne studied and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with a minor in Non-Profit Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2019. She also received her associate’s degree in Psychology with honors from Broward College in 2014.  LaurieAnne loves giving back to the community. As a former Girl Scout Leader, with experience that spanned over ten years, giving her exposure to the needs within Broward County. Evolving in her impact of community involvement not departing her love for children, she is also involved with organizations such as Kids in Distress, Guardian ad Litem for the 17th Circuit Court, Riverwalk, Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Women’s Club, Junior Achievement of South Florida, 211 Broward, Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Debbie’s Dream Foundation, Jewish Federation of Broward, American Cancer Society and United Way of Broward County. Ms. Minoff currently serves as board member of Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Coral Springs, the Historic Stranahan House and American Red Cross of Broward.  Her involvement within her local realtor association - Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors ® including Regional Vice President for the North Broward Regional Board and past Chair of Government Affairs for Broward has giving her the opportunity to further her good works in the community with an unwavering commitment. She was awarded the Rising Star Award in 2020 from Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors ®, Leadership Award for her work with the South Florida Red Cross in 2019 and New Member of the Year in 2018 from the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
