Julien Watterlot

Julien Watterlot got the real estate bug at a young age in his hometown of Paris, France. He worked in the family business of managing properties and seeking real estate investment opportunities. Frequenting Miami for vacation and witnessing the expansion of major building projects, his family moved to South Florida permanently and began putting their money in the South Florida real estate market. Julien always had a hand in real estate, but also had a thriving career in the hospitality industry. He worked for some of the industry’s biggest players for a 20 year span. His years of experience in the ever-competitive South Florida hospitality/nightlife industry, has allowed him to successfully open two independent restaurants and a nightclub. Over the past several years, Julien has been able to combine his two passions – real estate and hospitality, by transitioning into building out and designing nightclubs and restaurants. Julien now puts his attention into the buying, selling and development of South Florida luxury properties. He works exclusively with some of the most prestigious builders in Fort Lauderdale. Julien is committed to sharing his multifaceted knowledge of the real estate industry. He is a great asset to his buyers/sellers that are looking for a unique project to call their own.
